After the launch of the new Moto G Power and Moto G Stylus smartphones in the US last month, the company is now seemingly preparing to launch its new budget smartphone Moto G8 power lite. Main highlight of this smartphone is it has a punch-hole display for the selfie camera. The only visual differences with this device and the G8 Power are the triple cameras (the G8 Power has four).
Amazon took down the two listings it had for the Moto G8 Power Lite – one for the “Smoke Black” color and another for “Capri Blue” – when it realized that Motorola hasn’t actually announced the phone yet.
Motorola G8 Power Lite will be launched on May 21, 2020.

The images of the Moto G8 Power Lite were posted on Twitter by Roland Quandt (@rquandt). The device has a hole in the top left corner of its display. It also has three rear cameras arranged vertically and a fingerprint scanner.
The bezels seem to be quite slim around the edges. Furthermore, at the right, there are volume controls and power on/off button. The base panel is loaded with a 3.5mm audio jack along with a USB Type-C port and speaker grille.
A report by GizmoChina hints that the ‘Lite’ version of the Moto G8 Power will swap its Snapdragon 665 chip for MediaTek’s Helio P35 processor, while it will keep the massive 5,000mAh battery. Other specifications of the Moto G8 Power Lite are not known yet. Given the processor choice, the G8 Power Lite has the potential to offer even more endurance than the G8 Power. The price of the Motorola G8 Power Lite will be 10,999.
