Leaks show that Xiaomi is working on 144-Megapixel primary camera for their upcoming smartphone.
According to a tipster on Twitter tell Xiaomi is working for a 144-Megapixel camera. The phone which will pack this 144-Megapixel camera will be Xiaomi’s Mi 10S Pro or the Mi CC10 Pro. While there is no official confirmation about this. This camera is no packed with upgraded Mi 10 Pro.
According to a tweet by tipster Sudhanshu, the Chinese smartphone maker is currently working on this 144-megapixel camera phone. The tweet reads: “Xiaomi is working on a phone with a 144MP camera sensor. I guess it should be Mi 10S Pro or Mi CC10 Pro.”
Both Mi 10 Pro and MiCC9 Pro have 108-Megapixel primary camera so it is noted that it upgrade will pack higher megapixels camera. However only higher megapixel count is not only factor for taking great photos. As we know the iPhone and Google are taking great pictures with low megapixel cameras.
The company claims that Mi Note 10 is the first smartphone with 108-Megapixel camera.It was relaeased in November last year and their new smartphone from last month Mi 10 Pro also has 108-Megapixel camera setup.
There is no official word on when the two rumored phones will be announced, or even if they will be the ones to get the alleged 144-megapixel image sensor.
