Xiaomi Redmi K20 Pro receives a software update in February. In this update it there are some small features that get updated. In-camera section they added a new camera mode called vlog mode. In this users can record short videos called vlog mode. The new Android 10 operating system-based MIUI 11 update comes with build number MIUI 11.0.4.0QFKINXM. The update is around 631mb.

The new Vlog mode will appear on the default camera app and allows users to create 10-sec videos with still images. There are the usual system security enhancements and bug fixes that come with monthly updates.

The Redmi K20 Pro comes powered with Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 chipset paired with Adreno 640. The phone runs on the Android 9 Pie operating system, with a 6.39-inch FHD+ display and backed by a 4000mAh battery.

However, users note that the update doesn’t bring any fix for the battery life and freezing issues on the Redmi K20 Pro. Vlog mode, it can be accessed on the home page of the default camera app. It allows users to create short compilation videos of around 10 seconds made from stills taken at varied points during the capture.

Users can choose between multiple presets, colour palettes, and background sound effects for their videos. The Vlog mode will also allow Redmi K20 Pro users to see a preview of each vlog effect before applying it to their videos.
